I opened Envision and it prompted me to download the new version. I did and it asked to restart the computer. After the computer restarted, I opened Envision and it said it was the trial version and wanted me to buy or enter key. I entered my license number and it said invalid. I have used this prog...

It did not work. How do I downgrade? I need to be able to work asap.

When I opened Envision it prompted me to download an update. Version 1.7.28 was downloaded. Now it can not load the canvas. I am attaching a picture of the error that I get when trying to open the program.
