Whenever I get far into making a show it just freezes and shuts down and I lose all my work. Is this because I have the trial version?

I have been having problems with Envision also. About 10 minutes ago I was working on a show and I had a lot done but when I click the undo button the whole program shut-down and I lost all of my work.
