Re: Can props appear and disappear
Hi KZimmerman, Unfortunately no, there is no way to show or hide a prop during the course of a production, neither is there a way to change the shape of a prop during that time. You could keep the prop way off to the side for the majority of the show and move it in right before the move, but that wo...

Re: Moving performers in curved paths
Hi KZimmerman, A couple of the tools create curved paths automatically, such as Follow the Leader, and Rotate Path, but you can also manipulate paths individually using Path Mode. Path Mode is between "2D" and Form selection mode in the toggle toolbar, and looks like a road. I've circled i...

Re: Timeline/synchronization issue
Hi spottsspot, This sounds like an issue with the music bitrate. There is a known issue with the music playback library that we use that makes precise playback impossible at higher bitrates. We recommend using an mp3 with a bitrate of 128kbps and that should resolve your issue. If you're not sure ho...

Re: mp3 sync in mobile app
Hi bdrumsanchez, Sorry for the slow reply on this. This response slipped through the cracks for me. It's probably a bit late now but I definitely recommend for everyone to use EnGage. The savings that you receive compared to printing full charts for every student alone make it worth the cost. The ap...

Re: can't expand forms
@bjindrich
I see they are available for the line form but not the others. I'll investigate and hopefully produce a fix soon.
Thank you,

Re: License Activation
Hi coreydnewton, It looks like you may be trying to activate at a location that has a firewall that EnVision can't get through, such as many schools have. You have two options: 1. You can try to activate using the same license from another network, such as at home. Obviously this is only practical i...

Re: Skipping Halt Subsets in Dot Sheets?
Hi bjindrich,
You are correct, there is no way to skip halts on dot sheets currently. Your reasoning makes sense and this is definitely a feature that we should support. It has been added to the backlog.
