Re: Music Won't Start in Correct Place

Hi baritonium, Thank you for the detailed report, I'm sorry that you are having trouble. You've also sent an email to contact@box5software.com with some additional information that is actually key to this issue. I've responded to you there but I will also post my response here so that everyone can b...

Re: Lighting does nothing

Hi wyskoj,

Admittedly the effect isn't very large, but it does do something. Try zooming in on a performer so you get a nice closeup shot of them, then turn lighting on and off, you should be able to see the effect then.

Have a great day!

Re: Dot Sheets

Hi Chris, Thanks for the report. I have turned off the update so no one else will get it until this is resolved. There were some updates to the dot sheets in this release so they are obviously the culprit. Can you please provide a screencap of the issue that you are seeing (empty dot sheet view) so ...

Re: Ultimate Drill Book

Thank you bis4brass, that is exactly the kind of answer that I was looking for. Thoughtful and concise. We are interested in the whole end-to-end drill writing to teaching experience. We believe that we have opportunities to grow in the printout/dot sheet end of the process so this answer will help ...

Re: Turn Performer over "X" counts

Hi DunBone, bis4brass is right in the technique to do what you are asking. To expand a bit, there is no way to smoothly turn performers over X number of counts so you have to do it the way bis4brass describes. When performers turn it is always instant. What you are asking for is a feature that is on...

Re: Ultimate Drill Book

Hi bis4brass, Ultimate Drill Book does something fairly unique so unfortunately I don't think there are any alternatives to exactly what they do. We would love to be included in their work so if you pass an email on to them requesting as such I'm sure it would go a long way. That being said, we do w...

Re: 1/3 Step timing?

Hi neugna, I don't have a problem setting the marching down to 0.33. Make sure you have the Step Timing option set to 'Custom' (at the bottom of the list) and set your value of 0.33 in the text box below that. Actually, if you set a special value in that text box and hit enter then the 'Custom' opti...
