Re: Question?

When you select the form in form mode you should see the blue marble appear for that form. You can drag the form using the blue marble and none of the properties of the form will change. Beyond that, if you are changing the shape of the form you can only lock one of the properties at a time.

Re: Uniform changes

Hi Loujaue,

I created a post about this process a while back:

viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1408

Give it a read through and let me know if you have any questions. Or post directly on that topic.

Have a great day!

Re: Lettering

Hi Loujaue, There are a couple things to consider for this question. 1. Assuming you are talking about the performer labels you can edit their size and font from the "Edit Performer Labels" tool. You can open this tool from the toolbar (looks like a sale tag with "B5" on it) or f...

Re: Writing Backwards

Hi AdrianJM, I can see where you would have gotten frustrated with that situation. There is however a way around it. You can move set flags relative to the music right from the timeline, including the first set. This would allow you to move any sets that are before the start of the music to after th...

Re: Movie mode

Hi Loujaue, EnVision has a video rendering capability build in but it is currently only available on the Windows version. You can access the video rendering ability from the "Render" menu. From there you can select various options that will affect the output including the size of the resul...

Re: Editing Labels

Hi Kanderson, Changing Performer labels is indeed very easy. You simply need to open the menu item Performer->Performer Editor and change the Performer Label. You should see the label update automatically. You can switch between selected performers by pressing the arrows in the tool panel. You can t...

Re: Set Deletion and Tempo Change

Hi Chris, Is the resulting tempo very different from what the tempo is supposed to be? When you have music loaded in EnVision and you have your sets synced to it then the tempo is automatically calculated based on the number of counts in the set and the time between the sets. This is done so that th...

Re: Writing Backwards

Hi Kanderson, Yes it is possible to work backwards in EnVision. EnVision has more or less a direction agnostic workflow. What I mean by that is that EnVision works equally well forwards and backwards. It works by moving performers on a set and the previous and next paths are automatically adjusted s...

Re: Starting second tune(production)

Hi droslon, Check out the Show Manager Tool. You can access it from the File menu or the tool bar. In the "Production Order" section you can do various things including Adding a new Production. This will create a new production with the same performers as the current production. All the pe...

Tutorial: Creating Custom Uniforms

Hi Everyone, This is less of a tutorial and more of a quick QA on how to create a custom uniform in EnVision. You can create custom uniforms via the Uniform Editor. You can find it in the toolbar, near the right. You can select between the pre-existing uniforms to modify and save them as your own. Y...
