1. Fix dot sheet PDFs printing incorrectly

1. Fixed some issues on form tools where some buttons and actions would do the wrong thing. Such as pressing the 'ordering' button on the Arc Form tool would delete the form.

EnVision v1.9.05 Updates:

• Fixed an issue where the 'startingSet' value was not loaded correctly when a .env file was not located with the .drl that was being loaded.

EnVision v1.9.06 Updates:

• Updated JSON export to include additional data.
• Added the ability to override the Rehearsal Mark values, so they no longer need to be the set letters.
• Added the ability to change the starting Rehearsal Mark Letter so you can start at any letter of the english alphabet and have it increment from there. Overrides are still possible if this option is used.
