My System is Mac OSX 10.6.8.
EnVision quit unexpectedly when I open every time, before this I am ran EnVision v1.5 is very well.
Just now I am update EnVision to v1.5.01.
After update EnVision quit unexpectedly.

I've done a few quick tests and I am unable to replicate the issue are seeing. Was EnVision ever working for you? Did it stop working when you upgraded to EnVision 1.5?
From the report in the image that you sent it seems like there is something wrong with EnVision's config file. Can you try something for me? I want you to delete that config file and and start EnVision again, it should create a new one with default values. You can find the config file here: "Documents/EnVision/EnVision.cfg".
If that doesn't work we will have to try something else.
Also, what country are you located in? We had a similar error a while back in Dutch-speaking countries but that was resolved. It might be related though.
