Performers mixing up

Post by bjindrich »

I though I was imagining this, or maybe doing something wrong, but I've seen it more now and I think it's a bug. There are times when I make some edits on a page and then a completely random group of performers (2 to 6 usually), usually the ones that i haven't edited, suddenly go to a different dot. Then on the following page go switch back. It's almost like a Switch was done, except I didn't do a Switch.

Yes that is obviously an error. If you have a drill file where this is happening I would be very helpful if you could send it to us at contact@box5software.com so I could take a look at it and try to diagnose the issue.

In the mean time, doing a revert + undo on the affected performers should resolve the issue. Revert has some special logic in it to try and smooth out any inconsistencies. Moving the performer off the spot and back might also work to reset the paths for that set.

This happened to me again, with a separate drill file. I'm using the latest release that was available the other day (v1.7.17). William, I will send you the file.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that file and hopefully I'll be able to work out what is going on.
