Arrow keys not working in Set > Notes

I'm pretty sure that this was working at one time, but now when I go to the Set Properties pane, and click into the Notes field, my arrow keys don't work - I can't use the arrow keys to move the cursor around the Notes text box. Is anyone else seeing this?

This looks like it was caused by the changes to support moving the performers and forms by arrow key in v1.7.17. Those keys are now overriding the entire program, including text boxes. I will investigate a fix for this issue asap. In the mean time be careful about using the arrow keys in text boxes if you have performers or forms selected because they will still be moved.
