Crash

Post by Blake »

Everytime I use the drum editor, it crashes. I've noticed it only happens when i try to create a new drum.

Even though I didn't get a message like that, everytime I try to add a picture for a tarp, it doesn't want to load. Instead it says this, "an unhandled exception occured" ....

Hi Blake,

Sorry for the slow reply on this. We have been trying to replicate this issue but so far we have been unable. Loading the image that you have provide works properly on all of our test machines. My first thought was that the image may have been too big but I have been unable to confirm this. Try with a smaller image and let us know what happens. Also make sure you are running the latest version.

Well, I just this morning, got my first "update" since I posted this. Even though it said nothing was added in the update, the problem doesn't happen anymore. So something happened!

Good to hear. There were some improvements in this version but we are waiting until the 5th to make the announcements official. That being said, there isn't much that would have affected this area of the program but as long as it works!

I'd also like to point out that the original issue in this thread has also been addressed with this release.

Sweet! You guys are awesome. Also, quick question. Is there a way to change the labels on the dot sheets? Like instead of saying "stage left/right" maybe we could put what we prefer, whether its A or B or Side 1/side 2. and the front/back, actually say x amount Behind front side line, etc. I guess I'm just not used to hearing/seeing inside/outside the sideline and stage left/right. It's not a big deal or anything...just wondering!

Hi Blake,

We are planning a lot of upgrades to the printing system, including lots of customization. Your request is definitely on the list!

I'm back haha.

A friend and I are writing for an indoor group. I was redoing some sets (ctrl z) and i accidentally clicked "add new set" afterwards, so I once again, clicked undo and then i went to the "syncing menu" to make sure they were still there. When I clicked the menu button that's when the bug appeared with the "uknown handle" or something like that message. so i saved the show to save my work, and when i go back to open the file, it wont open, at all. A window pops up and says "an unknown error occured while trying to load this file." So as of right now, there is no way to get our file to work.

Help!
