Just noticed this. I have only ever used the High School Perfect grid. This year, the Major grid lines are offset 2 steps front to back compared to last year.

For example: last year, there were major grid lines on the front sideline and the front hash; but this year, the major grid lines are 2 steps off of the front sideline and front hash.

How can I keep the HS Perfect grid, with Major grid lines every 4 steps, but move the Major grid lines to where they used to be?

1 minute after posting I found the fix: Canvas Editor > Align Grid Depth > select the Front Hash option

Yes, Align Grid Depth is the right answer. You could have also used the "Front" option for the alignment.
