Simple way to trigger the bug is to click both mouse button it triggers a fatal error. It's repeatable.

Thank you very much for the report. This issue has been fixed along with another major issue and the results have been released under version 1.7.07. It is available for download and update now.
One known issue with this version is that the save file is no longer compatible with Mac versions of the software. We are working to remedy this situation by releasing an updated version for OS X but we are not sure when it will be available.
