Changing counts for a subset

I guess I picked the wrong count for a subset and now I need to change it. I don't see a way to change the count for a subset, even from the Set Properties window - the counts value doesn't change for the subset, it remains at the counts value for the overall set. Is there are way to change the count that a subset is to hit on?

EDIT: I figured out that I had to unlock the timeline to do this.

Yes you have to do this from the timeline, but you are right that you should also be able to do it from the set properties tool.
