New update can't create canvas

When I opened Envision it prompted me to download an update. Version 1.7.28 was downloaded. Now it can not load the canvas. I am attaching a picture of the error that I get when trying to open the program.

Hi shstigers,
I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems. We've had a few reports of this with version 1.7.28. The solution appears to be making sure that your OpenGL installation is up to date. You can do this by following the directions on this page:

Please try this and let me know if it works or not. If it does not then we can get you to downgrade to the previous stable version: 1.7.25. In the mean time we will be investigating this further to see if we can eliminate this issue on our end.

It did not work. How do I downgrade? I need to be able to work asap.
