Update lost license

I opened Envision and it prompted me to download the new version. I did and it asked to restart the computer. After the computer restarted, I opened Envision and it said it was the trial version and wanted me to buy or enter key. I entered my license number and it said invalid. I have used this program for years. HELP!

I'm sorry for any trouble this has caused you. Please send an email to contact@box5software.com with your license number and we will get this resolved as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, sometimes the unique identifier that EnVision uses to lock to your computer changes so the license becomes invalid. We can reset the key in these instances so you can continue to use EnVision.
